To manually remove a module from Drupal you need to remove it from two locations in your database: system and variables. Doing this will remove Drupal's association with your module and will allow it to function without that module in place.

I Really Hate My Mac Sometimes
My Mac Book Pro was looking a little dirty today so I decided it was about time I cleaned it. I got out my little spray bottle and a tissue and started cleaning it. There must have been a little crumb or something near the track pad that slipped under and now the stupid thing wont click in the top right corner. I started taking it apart to see if I could get underneath it and remove whatever is stopping me from clicking it but with this stupid "unibody" design I can't easily get to it.
Debugging in NetBeans
A while back I figured out how to set up Drupal debugging using Netbeans and MAMP PRO on Mac OSX. Of course I remounted my computer since then and lost it. After some time I finally figured out how to set it back up.
Download and compile the source at http://www.xdebug.org.
Take the debug.so file and copy it to your MAMP folder /Applications/MAMP/Library/share/php. If the directory doesn't exist just create it.

Whats Up Snow Day
Jersey City has just about a foot of snow outside right now. There is no way I'm making it into work today. Looks like I get a chance to catch up on some of that freelance thats been piling up.

IMDB
So a while back I was asked to skateboard in an episode of Law & Order SVU. It was a very tiny part where I got to do some skateboarding and find a dead hooker. I guess IMDB, being as thorough as they are, decided that this 1 minute segment that I was in warranted a whole profile dedicated to my "acting career".
New Site Layout
So I started designing a site for myself and I actually like the way its coming out. It still needs a lot of work but I'm pleased with the outcome so far. Hopefully I can finish this up so I can get back to the massive amount of other projects I'm currently working on.
Digital Empire
Over the past few weeks I finally started building my digital empire. I've been doing web development for almost 10 years and I think its about time I made a website for myself. I'm going to be blogging from this site as well as displaying portfolio websites I've made and various adventures I'm having in technology.
Hopefully I wont get bored of this (like everything else) and drop it before it takes off. I guess time will tell.
